We would like to inform our clientele that since our owls unfortunately escaped through our stargate, we are forced, for the time being, to use the Muggle national French post delivery service: La Poste tracked letter for the packages less than 3cm thick and la Poste Colissimo for the bigger packages.

We deliver worldwide, but the extra-planetary deliveries are currently on hold.

The shipping costs depend on the destination country, the weight, size and value of the order inside the box. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart depending on the chosen items, after you enter your address and validate the carrier. 

We recommend that you create your personal account, add your address and log in before filling your cart to be able to see the shipping cost to your actual country.

Also being against the house Elves exploitation, we wrap our packages ourselves within 5 working days of the order (this timeframe can vary depending on the amount of orders to process).

For the customized items, we will usually require a timeframe of 10 working days to craft the items, except if explicitly mentioned otherwise on the product page.

In order to keep as ecologically friendly as possible, we tend to use as little wrapping as possible for our packages and when possible, we are likely to reuse boxes or wrapping material. When reusing is not possible, we choose the most ecologically friendly wrappings we can find.

RETURNS

In accordance with French regulations, you are allowed a 14 days withdrawal right. For any withdrawal request, please send a mail to: julie@wonderknight.fr

The returned items need to be accompanied by the return slip available in the terms and conditions category in the “return” section and must be in their original, unused condition.

The return shipping costs are the customer responsibility and the returned packages must be tracked .

The returned packages must be tracked and we will not be able to refund any package lost during transit.

For international orders, the various custom taxes and fees that the customer eventually paid cannot be refunded by us.

Custom or made to measure orders cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL

For all international orders, the customer must verify the eventual fees, taxes, custom charges or clearance fees upon entering his country, as well as any law prohibiting the importation of the products in his country. Those eventual fees can add a substantial cost to the order. This information must imperatively be researched before placing an order and is the full responsibility of the international buyer.

If custom fees or charges are refused at the delivery, the package will be returned to us and we will not refund the shipping costs.
